3.3 Deposit Processing

Only real-money funds in excess of the locked bonus amount are available for withdrawal while a bonus is active. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Player Responsibilities

Where an inactive account holds a real-money balance, bh444 will make reasonable efforts to return the balance to the player before closing the account. 7.4 Responsible Gaming Closures
